Grabdata - Graphics with Guts

River Level & TemperatureThis site displays graphs and links to information collected from remote, unattended monitoring systems. The monitoring systems are deployed throughout the U.S.A. to measure electrical or digital signals from many different types of sensors. A weather station in the desert or water quality measurements in a canal or river are examples. The data from these stations is collected via a modem or satellite, and graphs are generated to display a "snapshot" of important physical parameters - those that might be used for early warning of a natural disaster, or that describe the health of the monitoring system itself. These graphs and associated data sets are then posted on this web site, automatically, and can be viewed by anyone with proper access credentials at their leisure.

Grabdata provides a convenient, secure way to share information amongst colleagues, with customers, or with business partners.

The "Demo" page on this site shows several graphs generated daily using real data as an example of typical applications. Any type of information can be shared in this manner.

The "LogIn" page is for licensed users. It provides access to specific project information that is updated automatically when new data is collected.

The "Merlin" link provides additional information about Eyasco's data resource management software. All graphs and datasets available on grabdata.com were generated automatically by Merlin.

Finally, the "Contact" link provides information about Eyasco, the company that hosts grabdata.com.
